The Seaside Cruizers Car Club hosts a weekend of events in Parksville & Qualicum Beach culminating with the Father’s Day Show ‘n Shine in downtown Qualicum Beach. Our Sunday Show ‘n Shine is such a great event it was mentioned on the Oprah Winfrey Show as one of the 10 best things to do on Father’s Day. During the Show ‘n Shine the whole town is wired for sound and music from the 50’s and 60’s. Father’s Day Weekend in 2023 marks the 30th. Anniversary of our 3-Day Celebration of a spectacular series of automotive related events in the Oceanside area. Qualicum Beach and Parksville will be ready to greet you with hotels, motels or campgrounds; local restaurants and shops, along with service clubs and vendors; to meet all your accommodation, shopping, food and refreshment wishes. And don’t forget, admission to all our events is always ‘FREE’ to the general public! Don’t miss out on all the FUN on Father’s Day Weekend, June 16-18, 2023.
All Event Registrations will be online only from this website. There will be no manual registrations available or any registrations on the day of the show. The maximum number of online registrations for the Show & Shine is 625. Don’t wait until the last minute to register. We often sell out early! The 2023 Poker Run is again limited to 150 vehicles. You must register for the Poker Run while you are registering for the Show & Shine, and while you’re at it, registrants can pre-order our 2023 T-shirt(s) at an Early Bird discounted price. The design on the back of the 2023 T-shirt will be revealed when registrations open.
In 2022, the Friday Cruise Night attracted over 400 great vehicles CRUIZING through the neighbourhoods of Parksville and Qualicum Beach. The 2022 Show & Shine started out a bit cool, but turned out to be warm and sunny with a crowd of thousands enjoying a great day looking at over 600 vehicles. Our judges had a tough time choosing the Class Winners but finally made their decisions and you can see them all on our website.
